The rise and fall in emotion during the past few days are most unsavoury and unpredictable. There seems to be no respite from such things; and I do not appreciate being held captive in such an insignificant pit.

However, the spike in power has been noted - however miniscule it may be.

There are more powerful things in this City other than the primitives and the little vampires. Puny soul-reapers and gods, and yet the entire place stinks of petty human emotion.
